Received flowers from my husband while at work today. He had talked to several places and online. They competed with the online price and because I was just around the block from where they are, they reduced the delivery fee some. I wasn't feeling well and my husband was trying to lift up my spirits and they did a great job! All smiles even though I wasn't feeling that great physically. Good job Barrett's!

Barrett’s flower shop is amazing! Another place canceled on my delivery for casket flowers 1 hour before my dads viewing, I called Barrett’s in tears hoping they could help and they did. They were able to have a beautiful bouquet of casket flowers delivered to the funeral home within 20 minutes of our phone call. They were truly so kind and helpful in such a stressful time. Highly recommend. Thank you again for your help!

I always receive fabulous service and beautiful flowers from this shop. Today, though, they not only gave me a beautiful product, but they also bailed me out of a bind after I forgot to order my daughter a corsage for a daddy/daughter dance. I walked in 50 minutes before they closed hoping they’d have something I could buy off the shelf. They didn’t, but rather, made me a custom corsage to match her dress at the very last minute. Thank you, Barrett’s, for saving this mama! Truly appreciate your kindness.

It's our daughters 24th birthday today and we wanted to surprise her at her job with a bouquet of flowers ... at the last moment ... we looked up a florist in Dalton (we live south of Atlanta) and Barrett's Flower Shop was more than accommodating. We placed the order at 11:30 am and they delivered them by 2 pm. A beautiful bouquet two days before Valentine's ... Well done Barrett's!! Thanks a million! Our daughter was elated!

Needed last minute flowers for my moms birthday. The man who helped me was great and I received exactly what I needed! The store cat was very cute too. My mom loved the flowers!!

Has been the nicest experience. The best service I’ve had in a long time. Nicer the cat was the topping on the cake, as well. The owner is such a nice lady and is patient while you pick things out. I recommend anyone to use them for funeral flowers.

I live out of state and my mother loves roses. For the past couple of years, Barrett's is the only florist I use to send her birthday bouquets. I always order over the phone due to my usual request of placing 1 single white rose in the center of the red roses. They are always nice to speak with and always deliver on time. We have not been let down by this shop. Highly recommend.

We came down to Dalton, GA for vacation and on our way back home we wanted to get flowers for my husband’s mom’s grave that we’ve never gotten to visit. We found the closest floral shop hoping they’d have just some to-go bouquets. We weren’t sure how big the vase was on her headstone. Gayle (hope I spelled it right!) greeted us and showed us a few options of silk flowers. My husband wanted real flowers though. Gayle showed us to the back where he picked out a few in her favorite color purple! Just a few minutes later she came out with the most gorgeous bouquet! We were so surprised with such great service with a last minute request! At check out we got to chatting about rock/metal bands too! 5/5 will recommend and return to Barrett’s when we are in the area!

I stopped in today to check it out for I noticed it on my way to my barber appointment. The place is lovely and the people there are so friendly! They don't have set prices for they make what you want based off your budget which I am so in board with! I gave the guy (sorry I didn't ask for a name) a description of what I like and what I wanted my arrangement to paint in my head. Which was the image of a prairie field and specifically no bright colors with the color green being an absolute must, and he came out with the arrangement in the photo which went beyond my expectations. I am so happy with my experience and don't know if I can enjoy any other flowers arranged by anyone else. Absolutely please check Barrett's Flower Shop out!
